Died of wounds aged 25                                           

Mesopotamia 28/01/1917                                         

Memorial name at Amara Cemetery, Iraq.

Jesse was one of seven children and his family lived in Laverstock where he was a carter on a farm.

 

SCADDEN Joseph James Born 1898

Frederick lived in Stratford and was a carter on a farm and married Elsie Marks of Bee Hive Farm, Amesbury Road in 1915.

William was one of six children. He was a shepherd in Stratford where his father was the Drowner.

Charles lived in Durnford with his wife Emily and was a carter on a farm.
